Automation Backbone for a Business Coaching Programme — The operational layer behind a business coaching programme: dozens of connected scenarios covering enrolment, scheduling, billing and progress reporting, running between 760 and 1,000 times a day. Built to keep running without supervision, and maintained as a live system rather than handed over and forgotten — when something upstream changes, it gets fixed before anyone on the programme notices. Outcome: 760–1,000 runs a day, in continuous production. Built with Make.com.

Automated Invoice Verification & Reconciliation — A marketplace seller's monthly invoices run past 16,000 line items. Checking them by hand took two to three days every month, so in practice they were rarely checked properly at all. This system verifies every line against what was actually agreed, reports what has been overcharged, and puts a figure on what is owed back. Outcome: 2–3 days of manual checking → under 10 seconds. Built with n8n, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Slack, JavaScript.

AI Voice Receptionist using Vapi & Twilio — Built a production-ready AI voice receptionist system using Vapi and Twilio, orchestrated with n8n to handle real-time inbound and outbound calls, appointment scheduling, and call analytics. The system enables natural voice conversations that can check availability, book, reschedule, or cancel appointments while synchronizing data across calendars and CRM systems in real time. Outcome: Natural voice AI handling 100+ calls/month. Built with Vapi, Twilio, n8n, Google Calendar, Airtable, JavaScript, REST APIs.

Automated AI Product & Lifestyle Image Generation System — Designed and built an AI-driven product photography automation system to replace traditional photoshoots and manual image workflows for ecommerce product launches.
